Lexington Client Support team (Chef relief work)

Casual contractsavailable

Casual- Minimum commitment of 24 hours - up to 40 hours per week 5 out of 7

Casual Salary- Starting from £18.81 this includes the (12.07%) Holiday added and is also based on your skills and experience.

We are looking for Chefs from CDP level onwards to join our relief team. Assist Lexington sites based all across central London with dedicated Kitchen team members.

Job Description

- Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times
- Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
- Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
- Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures
- Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
- Ad-hoc duties to support the catering team and services

Skills and experience

The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Chef de Parties Include:

- Genuine interest in customer service excellence

- Catering experience desirable but not essential
- Adaptable to new environments
- Flexible with work patterns
