Job Title: Production Front Line Manager | Location : Forest Gate

Shift Pattern: 2-days, 2-nights, 4-off

So, what’s it all about?

As our next Production Front Line Manager, you’ll need to be passionate and supportive in managing in the production department.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be resilient, have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and be adaptable to the different challenges the food industry brings. Working with a team of individuals responsible for achieving KPIs and completing orders, your role is to continuously improve metrics on waste and yield, ensure processes are followed, and ensure the safety of our product and our people.

In this role, you will be constantly developing and working towards new solutions.

As a Production Front Line Manager, you will thrive on making a difference and changing culture. Your remit would be to ensure our people are managed effectively, are safe at work, and are delivering great quality products in line with company standards.

• People management

• Experience of having worked in a fast-moving environment; ideally food, warehouse, pharma, packaging etc

• Good IT skills

• Confident communicator
