- Act as a mentor and role model, supporting the development of colleagues and contributing to a high-performing team culture.

- Escalate risks and issues appropriately, using sound judgment and established channels.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience leading large-scale, people-focused change programmes in complex, matrixed environments. Must have an understanding of the Product model and associated shifts in the ways of working.

- Strong project and programme management skills, experienced in agile and with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence up to and including Executive Leadership.

- Commercially savvy, with the ability to interpret data, assess risks, and make informed decisions.

- Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to change with a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action.
