  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar senior culinary role
  • Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution
  • Valid food safety certification
  • Demonstrated passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing, training, and mentoring kitchen staff
  • Excellent financial acumen, including budget management and cost control
  • Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation
  • In-depth knowledge of various cuisines and culinary techniques
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficiency in using kitchen management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
