The restaurant, in the heart of Heathrow, welcomes his guests with a modern and friendly atmosphere. The Menu, cooked to perfection by our Executive Chef Javiniar and his team is made with fresh and flavourful locally sourced products. Our flagship restaurant team is guided by our Food and Beverage Manager Abhinu, who ensures we provide an attentive, spotless and friendly service.

Job Description

We are looking for truly passionate candidate who will be willing to learn and assist in all aspects of kitchen work. Successful candidate will learn preparation and service of hot and cold dishes and be responsible for the section during the service.

Essential functions of the role will include:

Demonstrate initiative at all times

Support the team

Produce own work in accordance with deadlines and quality guidelines

Seek own solutions to the minor obstacles that occur from time to time

Project a pleasant and positive professional image to all contacts at all times

To be aware of all Health, Safety and Fire regulations and to abide by their terms

To maintain high standards of personal hygiene at all times

To demonstrate proper and safe usage of all kitchen equipment

Requirements

They will have a strong desire to improve on skills and knowledge.

Must be a team player and able to work varying shifts.

Ideally you will hold, or be working towards, a recognised culinary qualification (Advantageous if candidate is trained to NVQ level 2/3 – professional cookery)

Some previous experience in a high quality kitchen environment is beneficial; however a comprehensive training program will be provided to the successful candidate.
