Corporate Tax Senior Manager
This tax strong, well managed, meritocratic and very successful independent practice (part of one of the largest international networks)is looking for a senior manager to join the team.
On offer is plenty of scope for progression to director and beyond, interesting clients from international groups to successful single entities across a wide spectrum of industries, and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the department where decisions are made without myriad layers of bureaucracy.
You will largely be splitting your time between advisory work and compliance review, and will be allowed the time to get to know your clients in a firm where the importance of the client relationship is recognised and the provision of a high quality, proactive service is at the heart of their value proposition.Examples of advisory projects include reorganisations, demergers, disposals, financing, cross border transactions and transfer pricing.
You will be ACA and/or CTA qualified with extensive corporate tax compliance and advisory experience. You will enjoy working with a variety of clients on a range of issues.It is essential that you thrive on a high level of client contact and are looking to take ownership of the client relationship, although the support of one of the tax partners is always available.
