At the heart of our production team, the Production Coordinator keeps everything ticking. From placing supplier orders to ensuring our products land in the warehouse at the right time, you’re the engine behind our seamless production flow.
Reporting into our Production Manager, this role is all about precision, proactive communication, and keeping the process running smoothly end-to-end. You’ll be across everything - from raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries to managing reporting, compliance, and supplier relationships.
You’ll also work closely with internal teams and offshore partners to hit our KPIs and help drive continuous improvement across our supply chain
What You’ll Do
Process Management & Admin Excellence
- Own the timely and accurate creation of purchase orders, managing your dedicated supplier base.
- Keep the Opening Purchase Order (OPO) report fresh with daily audits for real-time visibility and planning accuracy.
- Monitor supplier performance against delivery timelines, product quality, and order accuracy. Escalate delays quickly and effectively.
- Stay across bulk production timelines, ensuring no bottlenecks sneak into the pipeline.
Data, Systems & Reporting
- Ensure product attributes are set up correctly to support smooth operations.
- Manage barcode files, ensuring accurate pricing and seamless store integration.
- Reconcile invoices and track supplier handovers for clear financial transparency and reporting.
Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination
- Be the link between production and our global network - from internal teams to overseas suppliers.
- Own the supplier-to-logistics handover process, ensuring compliance, documentation, and delivery expectations are on point.
- Support store teams by responding to production enquiries with timely, accurate, customer-first answers.
Who You Are
- Strong computer skills are a must - you’re comfortable in Excel, Outlook, Word, and ready to master new systems.
- A clear communicator, both written and verbal - you’re confident talking to suppliers, senior stakeholders, and everyone in between.
- You’ve got a sharp eye for detail and a natural problem-solver’s mindset.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling tasks and priorities like a pro.
- You’re team-oriented and take pride in delivering work to a high standard, every time.
