Creative Project Manager
Duration: 3 months
Location: London, Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Travel: Occasional international travel for production shoots
About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Creative Producer/Project Manager to join our clients creative production team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a production background who’s ready to embrace a more dynamic and varied role—combining creative producing with project management responsibilities.
You’ll work closely with internal creative teams, external agencies, and production partners to help bring a wide range of creative projects to life. From assessing incoming briefs to ensuring smooth final delivery, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining momentum and clarity across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of ad-hoc creative projects—from brief to execution and delivery.
- Support the Senior Production Manager in keeping projects on time, on budget, and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Assist in planning and coordinating photo and video shoots.
- Oversee logistics and support smooth production days, both locally and abroad.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and partners, including designers and copywriters.
- Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to manage creative requests and asset delivery efficiently.
- Understand and support the end-to-end creative process.
- Ensure final deliverables meet brand standards and campaign requirements.
- Upload and tag assets using the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Maintain organised and accessible project files for the wider team.
Must-Have Experience:
- 3–5 years’ experience in project coordination, production, or creative operations, ideally within a marketing or agency setting.
- Hands-on experience supporting photo and/or video shoots and navigating creative production workflows.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with a confident, collaborative approach.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with occasional international travel.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Familiarity with asset management systems.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a creative agency or in-house studio.
- Exposure to Employer Branding projects.
- Understanding of creative strategy.
- Basic budgeting or vendor management experience.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or social media campaign production.
