Nursery Manager

Location: Golders Green, London, NW11
Salary: From £40,000 per annum (Negotiable, depending on experience) + Yearly Bonus
Hours: Full-Time, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Marylebone Services is proud to recruit on behalf of a beautiful, boutique nursery in Golders Green (NW11) who are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead their exceptional team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a specialised setting that promises a nurturing and stimulating environment designed specifically for babies and toddlers aged 9 months to 2 years old.

Core Responsibilities

* Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being are prioritised.

* Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of early years practitioners, fostering a supportive and loving work environment.

* Maintain excellent relationships with parents, ensuring open communication regarding their child’s growth and milestone developments.

* Ensure full compliance with all Ofsted regulations, health and safety standards, and safeguarding legislation.

* Manage administrative tasks, occupancy levels, and general day-to-day nursery logistics from an office-based position.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

* Qualifications: Minimum Full and Relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (or higher).

* Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Nursery Manager in a registered early years setting in the UK.

* Right to Work: You must hold the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role).
