The Role

You will work on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including distressed M&A, financial restructurings, formal insolvency procedures, and advisory work for debtors, sponsors, and creditors. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in market-leading mandates with significant client interaction and to work closely with global offices on multi-jurisdictional projects.

What They’re Looking For

• 2-5 years’ PQE in restructuring and insolvency
• Strong experience acting for stakeholders such as creditors, debtors, and investors
• Trained at an international or top-tier UK law firm
• Excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
• Ability to manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
