About the Role

As a PPA Teacher, you will deliver lessons across a range of primary year groups, following established planning and ensuring pupils remain engaged in their learning.

Responsibilities will include:

* Delivering high-quality lessons across different primary year groups.
* Following lesson plans and adapting teaching to meet pupils' needs.
* Maintaining effective classroom management.
* Supporting pupil engagement, achievement and progress.
* Establishing positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
* Ensuring a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), which is essential.
* Has experience teaching in a primary school.
* Is confident working across different year groups.
* Can deliver engaging lessons and follow existing planning.
* Demonstrates effective behaviour management.
* Is organised, adaptable and committed to pupil progress.
* Meets safeguarding and compliance requirements, including enhanced DBS and Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) checks.
