Your Role:

As Tax Technology Consultant / Tax Automation Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge tax automation solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and understanding client requirements for indirect tax automation.
• Designing and implementing automation workflows using various tools and technologies.
• Configuring and rigorously testing automation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate solutions with existing systems.
• Providing training and ongoing support to clients on tax automation solutions.
• Staying up to date with changing regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in indirect tax automation.
• Proficiency with automation tools and technologies (such as ERP systems, Tax Engines, and workflow automation software).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in accounting/Tax/Tech, or related field.
• Certification in an indirect tax tool (e.g., OneSource certified, OITD, OPT or Vertex).
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of indirect tax laws and regulations.
