Company Secretarial Senior Manager – London
We’re working with a well-established governance services provider looking for an experienced Company Secretarial Senior Manager to lead a portfolio focused on investment banking and financial services clients. This is a senior leadership opportunity ideal for a qualified Company Secretary with strong board-level experience and proven team management capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead governance and corporate secretarial delivery across a regulated client portfolio
- Act as relationship manager for key clients and oversee contract renewals and negotiations
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, including performance reviews, mentoring and training
- Attend and minute board and committee meetings, advising on governance best practice
- Contribute to internal process improvement, knowledge development and business development initiatives
- Support planning, resource allocation and delivery of high-quality client service across the team
Key Skills & Experience:
- ICSA/CG-qualified with extensive company secretarial experience in financial services
- Strong leadership and line management experience
- Confident working with boards and senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded with experience in a professional services model
- Excellent communication, mentoring and problem-solving skills
Hybrid Working:
This role is based in Central London and requires 3 days per week in the office , with flexible home working for the remainder.
