In our team you will:

As an SAP Enterprise AI Manager in Accenture’s SAP Business Group, you will lead technical delivery and architecture across multiple client engagements simultaneously. You will hold architecture decisions across the full Enterprise AI stack, lead client-facing technical design sessions with senior management, and own delivery quality across the five deployment gates. You carry responsibility across multiple teams - Accenture engineers, client BTP and basis, security, and functional leads - and contribute to business area decisions on platform direction.

Qualification

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Architectural authority across the full Enterprise AI stack: HANA Cloud graph and vector store sizing, CAP service layer design, BTP subaccount structure, and Claude model route governance via MCP connector and Skald Gateway.
• Proven ability to design and govern GraphRAG knowledge planes: ontology and graph edge construction, domain and provenance tagging strategy, trust gate configuration, and citation-enforcement architecture at enterprise scale.
• Experience leading client-facing technical design sessions with senior management: translating Cortex platform capability into delivery outcomes, handling security and procurement governance, and owning the technical terms of a deployment.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a cross-functional delivery team across multiple workstreams - Accenture engineers, client BTP, basis, security, and functional leads - through all five deployment gates from subaccount creation to production handover.
• Deep understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements for AI platforms: model route approvals, egress whitelisting, data masking and clearance governance, role-based domain access, and sovereign model routing.
• Track record of taking AI delivery assets from pilot to repeatable method: packaging ingestion templates, graph structure definitions, prompt and persona libraries, and deployment runbooks that compress time-to-value on the next account.
• Sufficient hands-on technical depth to review architecture trade-offs, challenge engineering decisions, and credibly lead Cortex technical sessions with client senior IT - without requiring day-to-day implementation involvement.
• Ability to manage roadmap sequencing under execution pressure: alpha release milestones, performance optimisation targets (query time reduction), UX refactoring, offshore capacity constraints, and agentic kernel development in parallel.
• Leads project status updates and design sessions with client senior management; able to represent Enterprise AI credibly to Accenture leadership and contribute substantively in those forums.

Set yourself apart:

• Experience delivering enterprise SAP or AI platforms, with a minimum of two full project lifecycles where you held architecture or delivery leadership accountability across multiple teams.
• Demonstrable record of leading cross-functional technical teams through a complete deployment lifecycle - from subaccount provisioning and ingestion pipeline build through to client handover and production go-live.
• Direct experience with Claude Code, MCP-based tool integrations, or equivalent agentic AI frameworks in a controlled enterprise environment, including connector setup, security approval, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA system internals at architecture depth: data dictionary, CDS views, RICEFW objects, configuration tables, workflow logs - the source material the Cortex extractor layer surfaces and the graph layer reasons over.
• Track record of directly supervising and developing engineers, including onboarding to a complex technical platform, setting weekly priorities, providing structured feedback, and managing direct reports.
• Informed point of view on the direction of enterprise SAP AI - agentic kernels, near-real-time extraction, peta-byte scale knowledge planes - and the credibility to bring that perspective into client design discussions and Accenture business area conversations.
