Senior Business Analyst
- Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering activities across business and technology teams.
- Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements and process documentation.
- Analyse and document As-Is and To-Be business processes.
- Define integration requirements, data flows and system interactions.
- Work closely with stakeholders, architects, delivery teams and third-party suppliers.
- Support solution design, testing, business readiness and implementation activities.
- Identify risks, dependencies and impacts across programme workstreams.
- Contribute to business analysis governance, standards and best practices.
