Salary : Competitive Salary Package

Hours: Monday 8am to 7pm, Tuesday through to Friday 8:30am - 7pm, Saturday 9:30am - 5:30pm (day in lieu). Please note, our agency team are currently working Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm, Friday 8:30am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9:30am to 4:30pm (day in lieu).

Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and E xperienced Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious property professional with a strong track record in residential sales. You will play a key role in growing the branch, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast paced, rewarding environment.

D uties will include:

  • You will be involved in qualifying prospective buyers, identifying their property needs and matching them to suitable properties.
  • You will be responsible for conducting viewing appointments and providing expert guidance to clients.
  • Negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers’ right through to sales conclusion and to handing the keys to the buyer for move in.
  • Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions.
  • Stay up to date with local market trends and property values.
  • Meet and exceed individual and branch targets.
  • Generate business referrals to other divisions of The Acorn Group.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain regular contact with applications and vendors.

Skills required:

  • At least six months to one years experience as a residential sales agent and a proven track record in securing new business.
  • Excellent sales ability.
  • Strong local market knowledge.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
  • The ability to negotiate.
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Be responsive to change.
