Interim Accounts Payable Clerk
- Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Working through an existing backlog of invoices and helping bring the accounts up to date.
- Matching, coding and posting invoices onto the accounting system.
- Handling supplier queries and resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations.
- Supporting payment runs and ensuring suppliers are paid in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and providing general support to the wider finance team.
