Entry-Level Customer Sales Representative – Immediate Starts Available

Central London - Full-Time Equivalent Availability Required

OTE £24,000 – £30,000 per annum

Our client, a growing sales and marketing company based in Central London, is currently recruiting entry-level Customer Sales Representatives to support ongoing expansion. They are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Candidate requirements:

• UK resident or eligible to work full-time (4/5 full days per week, Monday to Saturday)
• A proactive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Strong English communication skills
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service

No previous experience is required, as full training is provided. However, applicants with backgrounds in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Promotions, Event co-ordination, Support Worker, Waitressing, Hospitality, Bar work, Retail Assistants, Direct Sales, Sales Representatives or any other face-to-face customer service and sales roles may find their skills particularly transferable.

This is a face-to-face, field-based role throughout the London area. Successful candidates operate on a subcontracted, self-employed basis, with uncapped commission-based structure plus incentives to further boost income.
