As a Service Manager, you will provide strong, inspirational leadership to teams nationwide. This pivotal role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred services led by skilled professionals. You will oversee participant flow within clinics, ensuring smooth and efficient processes without delays, while driving continuous improvement based on feedback and learning from incidents.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on making a difference, driving improvements, implementing innovations and creating an outstanding experience for every participant. You’ll work closely with clinical teams, champion quality, and lead change that matters.
Everyday you will...
- Lead and Organise staffing plans for sites and mobile units, ensuring rotas are managed effectively and escalating any gaps or challenges promptly for support.
- Drive performance and quality by managing KPIs and supporting Service Delivery Leads and their teams across your region.
- Provide insight and accountability through monthly reports for senior management
- Champion safety and excellence by conducting site assessments, advising on clinical effectiveness, compliance with policies and ensuring the highest standards of patient experience
- Be a trusted point of contact by providing weekend on-call cover for acute services, including Our Future Health.

- Strong operational knowledge of managing and running healthcare services.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft applications, InPhase, and other relevant platforms.
- Experience in team management, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop others.
