Brown's Hotel is London's first hotel. It opened its doors on Albemarle Street in 1832. Since then we have hosted famous guests from all walks of life. Your key responsibilities

Join Adam Byatt, our Chef Director, and a talented brigade of chefs who share a passion for fresh, seasonal produce and exceptional culinary craftsmanship.

As Chef de Partie , you will take ownership of your section, preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced, luxury kitchen.

With exposure to international cuisines and refined dining techniques, you’ll contribute creativity, precision, and strong organisational skills. You will work both independently and collaboratively, ensuring consistency, quality, and smooth daily operations.
