Job Description

Product Merchandising Analyst & GTM Manager – Reebok Europe

London | Commercial Operations | Go-To-Market Leadership

As a trusted recruitment partner to our client for over 22 years, I have supported the placement of hundreds of professionals across the organisation’s portfolio of brands. I am now leading the search for a Product Merchandising Analyst & GTM Manager for Reebok Europe.

This is a pivotal role at the intersection of product merchandising, commercial analytics, and go-to-market execution. The position sits within the commercial operations structure and plays a key role in connecting product strategy, sales performance, and regional execution through data, insights, and operational planning.

This opportunity will appeal to professionals who enjoy using data and business intelligence to influence merchandising decisions, product planning, and commercial performance across multiple European markets.

The Role

This role combines product merchandising analytics with ownership of the seasonal go-to-market process for the region.

You will work closely with sales operations, marketing, product teams and leadership, ensuring that product ranges, forecasts and commercial performance are aligned across the European market.

A major component of the role is turning complex data into clear insights that support decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market (GTM) Calendar Management

  • Build and manage seasonal GTM calendars to ensure smooth seasonal product launches.
  • Maintain continuous alignment with cross-functional stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Ensure all key milestones and deliverables are met throughout the seasonal cycle.
  • Support the development of multiple seasonal product tracks depending on product delivery requirements.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain weekly commercial performance reports.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources to provide clear regional performance visibility.
  • Develop reporting that enables teams to drill down into market performance and product results.
  • Continuously improve reporting frameworks to simplify and support business decision-making.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure alignment and consistency of data.

Commercial Analysis

  • Analyse sell-through data to evaluate product performance across direct-to-consumer and wholesale partners.
  • Support the assortment planning process through analysis of range size, distribution and efficiencies.
  • Provide insights on the performance of seasonal initiatives and marketing KPIs.
  • Manage trade agreements within internal systems, including price and margin analysis and audits.

Range Planning & Forecasting

  • Oversee the line planning process and the Excel-based system used to build the product range.
  • Manage the regional forecasting process, integrating historical sales data and market input.
  • Identify and highlight “at-risk” SKUs based on forecast and performance analysis.
  • Monitor the accuracy of style and product setup data.
  • Support seasonal presentations and leadership meetings with clear analysis and reporting.

Pricing & Margin Management

  • Conduct seasonal pricing and margin analysis.
  • Support pricing harmonisation across multiple European currencies.
  • Ensure seasonal margin targets and KPI deliverables are achieved.

Master Data & Product Information Management

  • Manage seasonal master line plan data creation at article level.
  • Maintain product data requirements for external partners and internal systems.
  • Track MSL product deliveries to ensure on-time and in-full execution.
  • Manage article data for SMUs and out-of-season line planning.

What This Role Offers

  • A business intelligence-driven merchandising role with real commercial influence.
  • Exposure to European markets and cross-functional leadership teams.
  • The opportunity to shape reporting, forecasting and product performance analysis.
  • A role that sits at the heart of product, commercial operations and go-to-market strategy.

Ideal Background

This role will suit candidates who bring a combination of merchandising knowledge and strong analytical capability.

Typical backgrounds may include:

  • Product merchandising analytics
  • commercial operations
  • assortment or range planning
  • business intelligence within retail or consumer brands
  • forecasting or product performance analysis

You should be comfortable working with large data sets, building reporting frameworks and translating insights into clear commercial recommendations.
