Role

We are looking for a Brand & Marketing designer to help us evolve the Elsewhen Brand, our website, campaigns, event designs, thought leadership design, and lead a variety of essential marketing and growth activities in the coming years. This is an individual contributor role, with the opportunity to make a long lasting impact on the Elsewhen brand and our ways of working across Marketing and Growth. The main mission of this role is to: guide, manage and build Elsewhen’s visual identity and help make us famous, you’ll be ensuring that all outward communication is on-brand for Elsewhen, stands out in the market, and designed to an exceptional standard.

Requirements

As a consultancy, we create brand and thought leadership content to make Elsewhen famous, and build our reputation as one of the best Digital Consultancies in the world. In this role, we will expect you to:

  • Helping to define the existing Elsewhen brand and its future development; helping to evolve how we communicate who we are and what we value to our clients and peers, designing for new touchpoints when needed.
  • Lead on the visual direction and production of Elsewhen reports, blog posts, social content, event design and white papers that will support our mission to become famous
  • Manage multiple projects and communication with multiple stakeholders - all with different timelines and expectations.
  • Create a strong connection between Growth and Design teams, taking briefs and carrying out initial stages unaided.
  • Establish repeatable processes across our marketing materials and growth outputs
  • The ability to translate complex and abstract concepts into visuals that are beautiful, easy to comprehend, on-brief, and to the point
  • Taking pride in maintaining oversight of overall assets that leave the door, making sure they reflect Elsewhen’s high standards

Your Skills

  • 5 - 6 years of demonstrable experience in your portfolio of top-quality brand and marketing collateral, which you can share and explain your process and approach. You have a huge understanding and passion for branding and campaign design.
  • Experience with motion design and animation is crucial.
  • A razor-sharp attention to detail, on top of your exceptional typographic and layout skills
  • A cerebral approach to responding to briefs - you’re able to lead on ideas - exceeding expectations, rather than simply executing
  • You think Digital-first; prototyping and sketching ideas on-screen, and a master of Figma, Adobe CS and motion tools
  • A demonstrable ability to absorb, reflect and build on brand aesthetics
