Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Our client, a highly regarded multidisciplinary construction consultancy, is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in either their Guildford or London office. The practice is known for its high-quality, partner-led approach and for building lasting relationships with clients across both the public and private sectors.

Graduate Quantity Surveyor Job Overview
- Assist with the delivery of cost consultancy services across a range of projects
- Support cost planning, measurement, procurement and post-contract processes
- Contribute to the preparation of tender documentation and contract administration
- Attend site visits, assist with valuations and monitor progress against budgets
- Liaise with clients and contractors under the guidance of senior staff
- Receive mentoring and training as part of the APC programme
Graduate Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related subject (RICS accredited)
- Aiming to achieve MRICS status through the APC pathway
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Full UK driving licence
