Analyst - Asset Management (Private Equity)
Join Global University Systems' Asset Management team and play a key role in driving value creation across a diverse international portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional with 2-4 years' post-graduate experience to gain exposure to investment strategy, portfolio management, M&A activity, and senior stakeholder decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing
Analyse portfolio company performance and identify value creation opportunities.
Build financial models, forecasts, and investment analysis to support strategic decisions.
Monitor financial and operational KPIs across portfolio businesses.
Support acquisitions, due diligence, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
Prepare board papers, investment committee materials, and investor reporting.
Conduct market, sector, and competitor research to inform investment decisions.
Partner closely with portfolio management teams and senior leaders across the Group.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
2-4 years' experience within Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Strategy Consulting, Asset Management, or Big Four Deals Advisory.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Comfortable working with complex data and translating insights into commercial recommendations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Desirable
MBA from a leading business school.
CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
Exposure to portfolio management, principal investing, M&A, or value creation programmes.
