Your Next Job – What You’ll Be Doing
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll:


Support the lead QS in managing project budgets, valuations, and variations
Assist with subcontractor procurement, issuing orders, and cost tracking
Help monitor payment applications and subcontract accounts
Contribute to monthly CVRs and financial reports
Work closely with site managers, project leads, and clients to ensure smooth delivery

What You’ll Need


A degree or working towards one in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar
1–3 years’ experience in a similar role with a contractor or specialist firm
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative
A full UK driving licence (preferred) What You’ll Get
