Position: Executive Assistant Location: Bromley, London (just 8 minutes' walk from Bromley North train station)

Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities: As our client's Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office and providing vital support to the Marketing & Project Growth Leader. Your responsibilities will include:

Executive Support: Manage the CEO's diary, travel arrangements, and correspondence. Prepare reports and presentations with finesse.
Administrative Oversight: Handle organisational correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality while tracking deadlines and spotting inefficiencies.
Project Support: Coordinate tasks for various projects, ensuring timely completion.
Meeting & Event Logistics: organise room bookings, venues, and refreshments for meetings and events.
Personal Assistant Duties: Assist the CEO with personal travel, appointments, and family events, maintaining discretion at all times.
Governance Support: Prepare agendas, papers, and minutes for Board meetings, ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
Marketing Support: Assist with newsletters, social media management, and marketing events logistics.

What You Bring:

4+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail.
