Family Office Advisor – External Treasury and Financial Officer (Part-Time, Remote)

Location: Miami, London, Madrid or similar – Remote with Occasional Travel

Commitment: Approx. 25–30 hours/month

About the Role

We are seeking a discreet, experienced, and highly structured External Treasury and Financial Officer to join a small, high-level advisory team supporting a prominent Latin American family and their fiduciary structures. This is a long-term, part-time advisory role with a flexible work schedule, designed for a professional with proven experience in family business environments, family offices, and cross-border financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the legal advisor and Protector's team, you will:

• Assist the Protector in financial oversight, investment monitoring, and reporting functions.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate financial reports and treasury information.
• Work closely with legal advisors, fiduciaries, officers, and boards across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee and ensure compliance and double-check information provided by fiduciary team members.
• Contribute to the execution and performance monitoring of delegated investments.
• Coordinate Board meetings, financial reports, and related documentation.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion in all operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Professional Background : Previous experience in a family office or family business in fields such as accounting, treasury, compliance, or law.
• Cultural Competence : Familiar with Latin American families and their business culture.
• Technical Knowledge : Solid grasp of accounting, auditing, compliance, treasury, and investment oversight.
• Languages : Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Soft Skills : Discreet, detail-oriented, autonomous, and able to work in high-trust environments over long-term relationships.
• Flexibility : Available for remote work with occasional in-person meetings (1–2 per month) and travel at least once per year.
