Digital Content Manager

Collinson
London

Collinson is the global, privately-owned company dedicated to helping the world to travel with ease and confidence. The group offers a unique blend of industry and sector specialists who together provide market-leading airport experiences, loyalty and customer engagement, and insurance solutions for over 400 million consumers.

Collinson is the operator of Priority Pass, the world’s original and leading airport experiences programme. Travellers can access a network of 1,500+ lounges and travel experiences, including dining, retail, sleep and spa, in over 650 airports in 148 countries, helping to elevate the journey into something special. We work with the world’s leading payment networks, over 1,400 banks, 90 airlines and 20 hotel groups worldwide.

We have been bringing innovation to the market since inception – from launching the first independent global VIP lounge access Programme, Priority Pass to being the first to sell direct travel insurance in the UK through Columbus Direct and creating the first loyalty agency of its kind in the travel sector with ICLP. Today we still invest heavily in innovation to ensure that we continue to deliver superior customer experiences.

Key clients include Mastercard, American Express, Cathay Pacific, British Airways, LATAM, Flying Blue, Accor, EasyJet, HSBC, Chase, HDFC.

Shape the future of Collinson’s global digital ecosystem.

The role:

We’re looking for a hands-on digital all-rounder. Someone who’s comfortable navigating complex ecosystems, enjoys working across multiple platforms, and takes pride in solving problems as they arise. This role is ideal for a multi-skilled, multi-tab-having, roll-up-your-sleeves Digital Manager who’s equally happy talking content models as they are wrangling Jira workflows or gluing systems together via API.

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and integrating Collinson’s digital ecosystem, encompassing websites, CMS, DAMs, SEO, analytics, and campaign infrastructure. You’ll lead key projects like migrating from Ceros to Contentful, implementing and integrating Bynder, and driving best practice across the digital ecosystem.

This isn’t just a strategy gig. It’s about making it real. You’ll work with our global teams (London, Dallas, Hong Kong, Cape Town), collaborating with tech, brand, marketing and external partners to create seamless, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Website, Mobile & Platform Management

  • Manage and optimise Collinson’s digital presence across websites, mobile apps and owned platforms.
  • Own and evolve the Contentful CMS setup, working with agencies to deliver continuous improvements.
  • Lead platform migrations (like our shift from Ceros to Contentful) with minimal disruption and maximum impact.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across the entire digital estate.

Content Management & Modelling

  • Drive content modelling that supports reusability, localisation, and omnichannel distribution.
  • Streamline content creation, governance, and collaboration using best-in-class tools and structured workflows.
  • Manage multilingual content delivery and translation integrations.
  • Oversee content migration during redesigns and tech transitions.

Platform & Workflow Transformation

  • Lead the implementation of Bynder Content Workflow and DAM, embedding it into global content operations.
  • Integrate Bynder with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other core martech tools to enable asset-level performance tracking and content ROI measurement.
  • Own the Ceros-to-Contentful migration with a structured, scalable approach to content and UX.
  • Audit and rationalise Jira instances, simplifying workflows and removing duplication to support agile delivery.

Earned Media & SEO

  • Manage SEO partners and internal stakeholders to ensure ongoing organic visibility.
  • Optimise digital content for search engines, always evolving based on best practice.

Performance Optimisation

  • Use tools like Google Analytics to track performance and uncover actionable insights.
  • Work closely with teams to optimise content, UX and technical infrastructure to support engagement and conversion goals.

Accessibility & Best Practice Leadership

  • Champion accessibility across platforms, ensuring WCAG compliance and inclusive design.
  • Embed accessibility and usability into all stages of the digital content lifecycle.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Product, Tech, Innovation, and Brand teams to align digital efforts with strategic business goals.
  • Coordinate with regional marketing teams to deliver scalable, localised, and brand-aligned content experiences.

People Management & Team Development

  • Lead, coach and support the Digital Publishing team (Senior and Junior specialists).
  • Foster a team culture that’s collaborative, curious, and committed to continuous improvement.

Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track KPIs, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns and digital operations.
  • Share outcomes from A/B testing, SEO performance, and accessibility audits to support a culture of learning and iteration.

Knowledge, skills, and experience required

Essential:

  • 4+ years in a digital, content, or web operations role: ideally in a matrixed, multi-platform environment.
  • Experience with Contentful (or other headless CMS), and a love of structured content.
  • Proven “figure it out” mentality. From API integration to platform migrations, you’re not afraid to Google, trial, and test.
  • Comfort juggling multiple projects, platforms, and stakeholders across regions.
  • Experience working with DAM systems (ideally Bynder), and an understanding of asset lifecycle and governance.
  • Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, HTML/CSS and analytics tools (especially Google Analytics).
  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, visual and even a good Slack emoji game.
  • Confident project manager who can keep multiple streams moving, even when things shift.

Desirable:

  • Experience integrating DAM systems with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or other MAPs/CRMs).
  • Familiarity with Ceros and the creative-to-structured-content migration challenge.
  • Exposure to UX/UI thinking and mobile optimisation strategies.
  • Experience with Pardot, Salesforce CRM, or similar tools for lead generation and automation.
  • An instinct for when to get in the weeds, and when to zoom out.
