Business Development Manager
London | Hybrid Working | Up to £85,000 + 22% Bonus
Drive Growth. Build Relationships. Make an Impact.
A specialist engineering group is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of its Building Services and Infrastructure Consultancies.
With an established reputation for delivering technically complex engineering projects across the built environment, the business already works with many of the UK's leading developers, contractors, consultants and public sector organisations. They're now looking for someone who can build on those relationships, identify new opportunities and help drive the next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
This is a strategic, client-facing role where you'll work closely with Directors and senior stakeholders to develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing relationships and support work-winning activities.
You'll be representing a business with genuine technical credibility and a strong reputation in the market, giving you the platform to develop long-term partnerships rather than simply chasing leads.
About You
You'll have:
Proven experience in a Business Development Manager role
A strong track record of winning work and developing client relationships
Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills
Experience within building services, engineering, construction or the wider built environment
Why Apply?
Up to £85,000 salary + 20% annual bonus
Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 from home)
Represent a respected engineering business backed by the strength of a larger group
Work directly with senior leadership and play a key role in future growth
Genuine autonomy, long-term career progression and the opportunity to make a visible impact
If you're looking for a role where your success will directly shape the future of a growing business -and you'll be rewarded for it - I'd love to tell you more.
Whether you're working in the larger corporate companies or a small SME this is certainly one to take note of. Please don't hesitate to apply or get in touch for further info on the email below, we can arrange a confidential conversation anytime to suit you.
