Role OverviewAs a Paid Social Manager, you will take ownership of strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across multiple eCommerce clients. You’ll be the key driver of growth for clients, managing budgets efficiently while ensuring campaigns deliver against performance KPIs.
This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about scaling eCommerce brands through paid social.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
- Create data-driven strategies tailored to client objectives (ROAS, CPA, customer acquisition, retention, etc.).
- Conduct ongoing campaign testing (audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies).
- Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative teams to brief ad assets and ensure messaging/visuals align with performance goals.
- Manage client budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation across campaigns.
- Build strong client relationships, presenting campaign strategies, results, and recommendations in a clear and confident manner.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social advertising.
- 2–4 years’ experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally in an agency setting.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results for eCommerce brands.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other social ad platforms (TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads).
- Confident in performance analysis and reporting, with advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce funnels, attribution, and customer journeys.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify data and performance outcomes for clients.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to testing and optimisation.
- Experience with creative testing frameworks (statistical significance, scaling strategies).
- Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
- Experience working with influencers/UGC creators for paid social.
- Understanding of other performance channels (Google Ads, email, CRO).
