Client Director (Maternity Cover) - London

The Role
We’re looking for a Client Director to lead and grow key client accounts — acting as a trusted advisor while overseeing complex programmes from our London office.
This is a senior role within Client Services, combining client advisory, delivery excellence and commercial growth. You’ll work closely with senior clients and internal teams, while playing an active role in new business and account development.
What you’ll do
Lead senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point
Oversee large, multi-stream projects, ensuring delivery on brief, time and budget
Drive team alignment, ways of working and quality of output across strategy and design
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a strong one-team culture
Identify and drive farming opportunities and account growth
Contribute to and lead new business pitches, proposals and scoping
Oversee financial performance, forecasting and risk management
About you
Extensive experience in brand consultancy / strategy / communications
Proven ability to manage complex programmes and senior stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen, with experience in new business and revenue growth
Confident, structured and detail-oriented, with high standards of delivery
Comfortable working across international, multidisciplinary teams
