Salary to £50,0006-month fixed-term contractStunning offices near St Paul’sHybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote) Corporate Legal PA – What You’ll Be Doing:

Proactively manage fee-earners’ diaries, prioritising appointments and resolving conflictsManage fee-earners’ and own inboxes, ensuring client and matter-related emails are dealt with and filed in iManage promptlyAssist the Accounts team with billingAssist with opening new clients and matters, conflict checks and preparing/amending engagement lettersArrange travel and prepare itinerariesManage fee-earners’ contacts and maintain InterActionMaintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and hard copy client filesInput timesheets onto Intapp Time as requiredProcess documents and proofread work to a high standardComplete and submit expense forms using the correct client or office charge codes Corporate Legal PA – What We’re Looking For:

3+ years’ experience in a Corporate Legal PA / Secretarial role within a City law firmProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) applicationsExperience coordinating BD-related events or client initiatives on behalf of fee earners within a Legal PA role
