Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Advisor based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, offering tailored product or service recommendations, and driving sales. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, providing outstanding customer service, and participating in training to continuously improve knowledge and skills. The role requires collaboration with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
- Excellent Communication abilities, including active listening, verbal clarity, and presentation skills
- Customer Service expertise with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet targets and promote products or services effectively
- Experience in Training others or a willingness to assist team members in skill development
- Motivated and results-oriented individual with a proactive approach to achieving goals
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is an asset
