The work
- Deliver exceptional member service alongside the Gym Manager
- Support the Gym Manager in bringing in new members through outreach and events
- Lead and develop a team of Personal Trainer/Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Manage and improve group exercise offerings
What you need
- L2 qualification in gym instructing
- Experience teaching group exercise
- Passion for fitness and wellbeing
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to help team members grow
- Desire to do the right thing with resilience, confidence, and integrity
Desirable
- Previous management experience
- Experience working in a gym environment
