Senior HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership and divisional ExCo to deliver people strategy aligned to business goals
- Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice across complex employee matters
- Interpret and present HR data/MI to inform decision-making and drive performance
- Support delivery of key programmes including performance management, engagement and culture initiatives
- Contribute to large-scale change, including M&A integration and transformation activity
- Coach and influence senior stakeholders, challenging where appropriate to drive better outcomes
- Work closely with Centres of Excellence (Reward, L&D, TA, ER) to deliver joined-up solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor, stepping in for HR leadership where required
What We're Looking For
Proven experience operating as a Senior HRBP in a complex, fast-paced environment Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance people and business priorities Comfortable with ambiguity, pace and shifting priorities Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders Strong organisational and prioritisation skills Experience of change, transformation and/or M&A activity Solid UK employment law knowledge and ER capability CIPD qualified (or equivalent) preferredRecommended Jobs
