Typical Shift Pattern: The bar is predominantly open in the evenings from 5pm to 1am

Duties and responsibilities related to the Bar Waiter/Waitress role

• Provide an exceptional and personalised table service experience to all guests in the bar and terrace areas, ensuring every interaction is warm, welcoming, and professional.
• Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the menu and daily specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables and service areas, ensuring a seamless and elegant environment for guests.
• Liaise closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders.
• Anticipate guest needs and always aim to exceed expectations.
• Upsell and promote featured cocktails, premium drinks, and food pairings to enhance the guest experience.

About you

You will ideally have previous experience as a Bar Waiter/Waitress, preferably within a luxury hotel, cocktail bar, or fine dining environment. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
