Salary : £28,808 - £35,000 p/a
Qualifications:For the Early Years Educator ((Room Lead)
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification) please check here
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- First Aid Paediatric and CPR certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)

Duties::For the Early Years Educator (Room Lead)
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
- Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
