We have a pretty cool momentum going on in the UK and Ireland, and we’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Partner Manager to keep on driving our growth in this key market.
About the role
As our Partner Manager for UK&I, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling a local network of partners, both service and technology-based. You'll build bridges, unlock value, and grow the Voyado footprint through strategic collaborations.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend most of your time identifying, engaging, and onboarding new partners, while maintaining existing partnerships. You’ll collaborate closely with our global partner team, sales organization, and product teams to drive co-sell opportunities and create joint value for our customers.
Your responsibilities:
- Build and position Voyado's partner network in the UK&I and the broader region
- Recruit, onboard, and enable partners - helping them succeed commercially
- Deliver clear positioning and storytelling of the Voyado platform in the market
- Develop and execute joint business plans, co-marketing initiatives, and co-sell motions
- Conduct sales training and knowledge-sharing with partner teams
- Create joint business plans with tech and solution partners
- Be a local evangelist for Voyado, attending events, meetups, and networking sessions
- Be your partners’ voice internally; collaborate with Voyado teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to align strategies and resources

Skills & Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Economics, or similar
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships, preferably in SaaS or MarTech
- Experience working in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment
- Strong organizational skills - you’re your own project manager
- A passion for retail tech and customer experience
- Fluency in English
- Bonus: Experience working with technical integrations or SaaS platforms
Traveling regularly and evening representation are required for this role.
