Computer Science Teacher
Computer Science Teacher - Northwood, West London
A specialist secondary school based in Hayes are looking for a computer science teacher.
This is a permanent position, available to start as soon as possible or from January 2026.
This role is full time, but the school will consider part time applicants. Working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Salary will reflect the London outer MPS/UPS pay scale.
On-site parking is available for staff.
Computer Science Teacher - Northwood, West London
Teach engaging and forward-thinking computer science lessons to students aged 14-19, with a focus on real-world tech applications, programming, and systems.
Help students gain industry-relevant skills in areas such as Python, cybersecurity, networking, and software development.
Inspire digital curiosity by integrating emerging technologies and project-based learning into the classroom.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports students' technical and personal growth.
Contribute to a dynamic and growing department that works closely with STEM industry partners and local employers.

Qualifications and Person Specification:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Strong subject knowledge and ability to teach Key Stage 4 and 5
