Recruitment Managing Director - Technology Contract
Job Description
EU Recruitment MD - Contract Tech - £150k base / £250k OTE + equity
My client, a 70+ head, global Tech recruitment specialist, are looking to secure a new MD to pioneer growth, after a period of reorganisation.
In this role, you will be oversee multiple European sites (LDN HQ) with a key focus on the below ⬇️
Commerical strategy - being hands-on with customers is a non-negotiable
⚪️ Headcount expansion - the first growth milestone = 100-heads
People development - you will have multiple layers of leadership reporting into you
What's on offer?
⚪️ Up to £150k base & £250k 1st yr OTE
Equity options & 3 yr wealth creation route
⚪️ Reporting directly into the Founder
Commerical ownership of multiple physical European offices , with leadership layers across each

What are they looking for?
⚪️ A proven track of personal performance across the contract tech space
Extensive background of success with growth - across both perm & contract
⚪️ A minimum of 7-years of management exp
Someone still very much in the weeds with clients , inc net-new BD, account development / management, solution selling
