Our Independent Pub in Wanstead, The Bull (E11 2RL) is seeking an Assistant Manager

We're seeking an Assistant Manager who's passionate about creating memorable moments with guests and who's keen to join a successful, independent London Pub Operator.

• You will love creating top notch guest experiences and thrive from putting a smile on both the teams' and our guest’s faces.

• Your passionate about developing team members, seeing their progression.

• You enjoy proactively supporting the General Manager to drive sales and exceed targets.

• Previous experience working with food and gardens/outdoor spaces as part of the operation would be highly advantageous.

You’ll also bring with you your previous relevant management experience in a £15k + pub or restaurant.

This is a role where you will truly partner with the General Manager & work with the team to drive and grow the business, creating memorable guest experiences and delivering the very best of hospitality to our Wanstead community..

What we are offering

• A competitive salary between £30,420- £33,420 based on your experience

• Additional tronc/service payments & a Assistant Manager bonus plan - £700 bonus pot a quarter

About The Bull in Wanstead

The Bull in Wanstead, is a beautiful, listed building and a former bank. The Bull has a rich history and has been a huge part of the local community since its inception as a pub 11 year ago.

A pub full of character, it boasts a first floor private room alongside an epic garden. It has been at the centre of many events, celebrations and Summer parties over the years.

The Bull is located on Wanstead High Street, 100 yards from Wanstead Tube Station, so also offers a great commute and it prides itself on being a real community pub.

This is a really exciting time to join The Bull too as there's an extensive garden refurbishment on the horizon.

The Bull is part of Livelyhood pub group, an established London based owner, creator, and operator of inviting and independent neighbourhood pubs.
