The Role:
Senior Talent Partner- French Speaking
Location: London

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand roles and shape effective sourcing strategies.
- Own the full hiring cycle: sourcing, interviewing, and guiding offers .
- Manage agency partnerships and ensure delivery meets Chapter 2’s standards.
- Use data to improve hiring outcomes and inform smarter decisions.
- Stay on top of trends in secure identity and digital security to attract top talent.
- Champion Talent Acquisitions projects related to tooling and processes for your client and at Chapter 2.
✅ What You Bring
- Full fluency in French and English , with clear and confident communication.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house or at an RPO agency.
- Experience designing recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- End-to-end (360°) recruitment expertise : you run the process solo with ease.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills across multiple roles.
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a strong client-first approach .
