The role
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we use data to drive growth and business impact. You’ll translate complex datasets into strategic insights and actionable recommendations that move the business forward. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams - from Engineering to Commercial - to make sure stakeholders have the right data, at the right time, in the right format to make confident decisions.
How to make an impact
Lead end-to-end analytics projects. From scoping stakeholder requirements to data extraction, analysis in SQL, visualization, and presentation of actionable insights.
Partner closely with business leaders across Commercial, Product, and Operations to identify strategic opportunities for growth and improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical frameworks in Tableau that empower teams to make data-informed decisions.
Translate data into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
Continuously monitor and improve data quality, ensuring stakeholders can trust the insights they use.
Proactively uncover emerging trends, risks, and opportunities through data exploration and hypothesis testing.
Your background
A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or another quantitative field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years experience in an analytics role.
Advanced SQL skills.
Experience in using Tableau or another visualization tool.
Excellent communications skills.
Ideally you will have
Experience with the full analytics lifecycle, from business problem definition to insight delivery and impact measurement.
A strong understanding of key business metrics and drivers of commercial growth.
A proactive, curious mindset, always looking for ways data can unlock new opportunities.
The role will be based hybrid in London (E20), UK
