We’re asking for a lot: a conceptual thinker with big, social-first ad campaign experience, an art director happy to drive and craft their own designs, and a creative strategist who can connect channels to reach diverse audiences. While you might not shit glitter, you do have creative standards that push you to present colleagues and clients with ideas that shine.
And you will own those ideas, Unicorn. Aided by deep, colourful insights into which of your audience’s buttons to push. With this, your marketing instincts and innovation will permeate the creative, digital and social teams, while your design skills will conjure fresh visual approaches for the agency.

You will join a creative agency of around 50 people based in Spitalfields. We are specialists in employer communications, and we do it for big brands including Vinted, Microsoft, TJX, BT & Skyscanner. Plus, we are employee owned, so after 12 months you will share in the profits while you bask in the glory of the, often, award-winning work you’ve produced.
Examples of previous work are absolutely crucial – we need to see sharp conceptual thinking, beautiful visual craft, and innovation in social channels, so please send us a link to your site or upload a folio with your application.
