OverviewWe are looking for an Associate Director to join our growing team.
How you'll make an impact- Prioritise and manage workload of your team, manage a book of business where applicable.
- Monitor progress towards targets and produce monthly reports highlighting corrective action where required.
- Support the Leadership Team in developing, growing and delivering operational plans and revenue targets
- Look for internal business improvement opportunities, champion standard methodology to support optimum efficiency. Build and develop effective relationships with customers, organisations and Insurers that add customer value; endorsing our business and reputation in the market.
- Motivate and manage the morale of the team, enthusiastically managing all employee relations issues to ensure team effectiveness and employee engagement
- Acts as a referral point for potential operational issues within own area, ensure all employees are aware of legal, regulatory and compliance requirements, handling any breaches.
- Cert CII, Dip CII qualification desirable along with a robust knowledge of general insurance products and services.
- Led teams through difficulties and challenges to meet business objectives using effective and dedicated leadership skills.
- Consistent record of running concurrent work-flows, interpreting data, happy to act upon findings which contribute to improving efficiency.
- Shown leadership skills driving an inspiring culture, significant senior level experience of handling resources.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proficient in presenting to any audience, with a strategic mindset and problem solving attitude.
- Excellent customer service focus, keeping our clients and customers at the centre of your actions.
