☕ We’re hiring a Coffee Shop Manager – Holborn (Full-Time)
You’ll lead a team, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and play a massive, front-line role in delivering our social mission.
What we’re looking for:
- A positive, hands-on leader who leads by example
- Organised, proactive, and confident running day-to-day operations
- Passion for hospitality and inspiring others to deliver a great hospitality experience
- Moves with a sense of urgency
- Excited to be part of a social enterprise with real impact
- Weekend availability
Management or assistant manager experience preferred; coffee experience a bonus, not a must.
Key responsibilities:
- Coach and develop your team
- Run the shop: from coffee and food quality to team performance and customer service
- Drive sales and maintain high standards across all areas
- Represent our mission and values in everything you do
What you’ll get:
- £35,000 salary + tips (typically an additional £2–3,000 per year)
