• Commission, service, and maintain a variety of industrial and commercial chiller and HVAC systems.
• Conduct planned preventative maintenance, including routine inspections and cleaning, to ensure optimal system performance.
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs on mechanical and electrical components.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving refrigeration cycles, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems.
• Maintain consistently high service standards across all tasks and client interactions.
• Accurately complete service reports and documentation for all work undertaken.
• Provide technical advice, support, and occasional training to clients and colleagues.
• Follow all health, safety, and company compliance requirements always.

Required Qualifications & Skills for a Chiller Engineer:

• Hands-on experience working with a range of chiller equipment and systems.
• In-depth knowledge of refrigeration principles, chiller operations, and HVAC systems.
• FGAS certification (essential).
• Industry-recognised qualifications such as NVQs or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• A genuine passion for engineering with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interactions.
• Professional attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Full, valid UK driving licence required.
