Hi I'm Sam the Head of Customer Experience at HowNow 👋🏻 I’m looking for a Learning Solutions Lead to help our customers design, deliver, and measure impactful learning programs with HowNow. You’ll be the bridge between Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services, guiding customers from pre-sales through onboarding to ongoing success.
As a subject matter expert in learning design and instructional strategy, you’ll show key prospects how our platform can solve their skills and learning challenges, then partner with our teams to make that vision a reality

Day-to-day tasks will include 📩
- Partner with Sales to design and present solutions that demonstrate clear business value.
- Co-create solution documentation and proposals, setting accurate expectations for customers.
- Support smooth handovers into onboarding, providing expertise and guidance to ensure customers see value fast.
- Work with Customer Success to design programs, enable new use cases, and coach best practices.
- Collaborate with Professional Services on complex integrations or strategic engagements.
- Stay ahead of learning design trends, bringing innovation and new approaches to our customers.
The key things that we will be looking for in applicants 🔑
- Experience in learning solutions, instructional design, or learning consultancy, ideally in SaaS or learning tech.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. Confident working with both customers and internal teams.
- Ability to translate business challenges into practical learning solutions.
- Cross-functional experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical teams.
What you’ll get:
💰 Our salaries are calculated using a SaaS benchmarking tool called ( Figures ). The salary band for this role is £62,000-£72,000. You’ll also receive a 20% performance-based bonus on top.
🏡 Hybrid working (2x a week in our London office, Tuesdays and Thursdays) and flexible working hours
🌍 Work From Anywhere, for up to two weeks per quarter, which you can read about here
💆 Wind-down Fridays. No meetings from 2pm onwards on Fridays, for you to wind down for the weekend. Our HowNow’ers use this time to exercise, study, or spend some time with their family and friends, which you can read about here
