A nationally recognised law firm is seeking an experienced legal professional to join its Housing Management Team as a Partner, based in central London. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a specialist team within the Housing department
• Acting for major social housing clients, registered providers and private landlords
• Advise on a broad spectrum of housing management and property litigation matters
• Drive business development through thought leadership, training and sector engagement
• Deliver commercially astute, pragmatic legal advice
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals
• Manage complex caseloads and ensure high standards of client service
• Contribute to the operational and strategic direction of the department

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 10 years’ PQE in housing law
• Proven leadership experience and a track record of developing legal teams
• Strong business development credentials and sector visibility
• Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to mentoring others
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to client service
