Job Title: Sales Assistant - Menswear (Part-Time) Location: City of London Salary: £13.85 per hour + 1% commission Contract: Part-time | 22.5 hours per week | Flexible schedule including Saturdays About the Brand: Our client is a well-established menswear retailer with a rich heritage in tailoring and formalwear. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional approach. Offer personalised product and styling advice tailored to individual needs. Manage customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently and politely. Sales & Product Knowledge Meet and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to overall store success. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, including fits, fabrics, and tailoring. Promote tailoring services and customer loyalty programmed. Visual Merchandising Maintain attractive product presentation and well-organised displays. Assist with seasonal merchandising updates and promotional displays. Ensure all styles and sizes are regularly replenished on the shop floor. Store Operations Support with daily store procedures, including opening and closing. Participate in inventory tasks such as deliveries, stock checks, and organisation. Follow company policies and adhere to health and safety standards. Key Requirements: Previous experience in retail, ideally within fashion or premium menswear. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience. Flexible availability, including weekends and peak periods. Positive, team-focused attitude with a strong work ethic.
